What you share

Inquiries and bookings store the contact details, photography plans, questionnaire answers, and messages you provide. Optional fields can be left blank. Please avoid sharing sensitive information that is not needed to plan your photography.

Bookings & payments

Booking records include session details, pricing, payment status, and the agreement you accepted, with your typed name and acceptance time. A hashed network identifier helps document that acceptance. When online payment is available, Stripe handles card details on its secure checkout. This website stores payment references, amounts, refunds, and receipt links, not card numbers or security codes.

Private galleries & calendars

Client galleries store photographs, gallery settings, and favorite selections. Necessary browser cookies maintain gallery access and selections. Private booking links grant access to an individual booking; keep them private. Calendar availability uses busy intervals. Personal event titles and studio notes are not shown to clients.

Messages & service providers

When connected, the email service sends inquiry acknowledgements, booking updates, and reminders. The studio’s connected Google Calendar may receive the details needed to manage booked sessions. The hosting service processes information needed to operate the website and its access controls. No advertising trackers have been added.

Questions about your information

Use the contact form or the studio contact details on your private booking page for questions, corrections, or a request concerning your information. Retention and removal requests are reviewed by the studio, including records needed for active services and payment history.
